Serving Science Through Innovation
About Fluorochem
Fluorochem Private Limited was established with an objective to provide best in class services to fine chemical & pharmaceutical industries in process development and manufacturing of fluorine compounds/intermediates.
Fluorochem is a contract development and manufacturing company (CDMO) with special focus on design, optimization and implementation of chemical processes on small and large scale manufacturing. We utilize our expertise and experience in the field of fluorine chemistry (fluorination and reagents) to develop safe, economical and sustainable processes for the pharmaceuticals, agro chemicals and specialty chemicals industries. Our capabilities include process development; scale up on small and large scale manufacturing.
Services
Process Development
The selected route is established in the laboratory on a scale as per the client requirements. Analytical methods are developed to characterize the intermediates and final product. Processes to be scaled-up undergo a systematic study of the relevant parameters influencing the yield and quality of the product. Initial safety parameters study will be undertaken at this stage. Our contract development capabilities comprise of process optimizations, technology transfer and development of pipeline products.
Custom Synthesis
Fluorochem undertakes custom synthesis of key intermediates and active substances for innovator companies. We have the expertise in synthesizing diverse classes of molecules and offer gram to ton quantities in a cost-effective manner.
Scale Up
Smaller quantities are synthesized in our pilot plant facility. A summary of the parameters can be established for further transfer of the product to manufacturing facilities.
Fluorochem provides services for developing new products, processes and novel technologies to its clients with large scale manufacturing support with stringent specifications and regulatory compliances.
